 Frigde part of unit isn't staying cold, lowest it goes is 44F (with temp dial @ max cold):(; freezer works great temp 9.7F. Haven't replaced anything yet, defrost timer (easy access-kick panel) is warm to touch and you can see though a little circle that something  is spinning inside. What I think is the condenser motor (location when facing front of fridge, bottom right in back)- with easy access from back access panel. Have not checked compressor for heat or vibration. All thoughts are welcome. I believe unit is about 45 yo. Also looking for owners manual if possible. Thanks
