Doubt we run the HE detergent as I don't know what that is really.

Yes it is the same result if running no load... I heard/read that it was possible for residue to build up in some areas and since we run mainly cold loads, we ran 3 cycles, no clothes or detergents on hot-wash and warm/cold rinse.... same result when tried to run a regular load of clothes afterwards... Doubt we run the HE detergent as I don't know what that is really. Thanks, Rob
