My outlet pipe is approx 60" off floor, which is well within Maytag specs of 40 - 96 inches...also it is in the same unchanged location where it has been for years.
As for cleanout, I assume your referring to the black suction boot coming from the inside of the tub... If so, then yes we cleared from pumpside inletand and also inside tubside outlet when suspected an obstruction of some sort was lodged inside..
