 Have you checked to see if the inner basket is loose? you should not be able to move it.

Assuming the machine is level and not wobbling on the legs right?

You can inspect the damper pads by raising the top, remove the springs by shoving a 2" x 4" metal outlet box into the middle of each spring and lean the tub in the springs direction then remove. lean the machine back and remove the belt. put a 4" x 4" block under the drive pulley and put the machine back down on the block. The whole assembly will raise up enough to exam and or replace the damper pads.
