Thanks for confirming. I have removed the capacitor and no visible fault. I can source a replacement hopefuly this week to test it.

J5,  replaced the capacitor today as you described.  My sincere thanks to you and the team here for the direct and accurate information for a quick and successful turnaround.  Total cost of rapairs

$17.50 AUD for the Capacitor
$5.60 USD for the Beer Mug donated today

A bargain I say!  The water looked quite dirty on the initial spray sequence in this video so I am now running a cleaning solution on a full cycle now.
