the compressor is running now? and is the portion of the coils with no frost cold? wet or dry?not sure? the evap fan is running
is the bottom portion with the frost..is it clogged or just coated?
have you been running the unit with the back wall out all day?
bottom portion looks coated and not cloged
yes -for about a month now
