 The first time I took the despenser apart the flap hinge was completely disconnected.  Once I snapped it back in place it worked fine for about two weeks.  Now the flap springs partially back in place but there is a gap so warm air gets to the ice and water trickles down the dispenser.  There don't seem to be any broken parts so I can't figure out where the problem part is located.  AAAAAAARRRG!
