 May have some clothing stuck between the inner basket and outer tub. Remove the inner basket and check it out. Tear down video here:

Had one a while ago with the OL error and found tub was not floating. Had to pull the tub and clean up the shaft. Customer not using HE detergent! It was very hard to get the tub out, took me and my older son to break it lose. Once we put it back it worked real good-like.
