To replace the roller drums I need to remove the top of the dryer,,,easy right??? Well there must be a bad voodoo spell on it because I can't get it off. I have tried what I was told on using a putty knife to release the springs & even tho I feel the spring give it is not releasing. I have pushed hard, easy, up, down & even held my tongue  in the right place but to no avail. Anybody got a reason on why the clips won't pop....much appreciate any and all help.
