That was pretty amazing. I never got to see one going out in action and never heard of one ever lasting that long, WWWWOOOOWWW!!!!!! Enough time to actually record it and get close in there and had to touch the range to get bounced back like that. The circuit breaker is what you go to immediately in this situation, trying to turn the oven off you could get shocked by just touching the knob, (good chance you would be ok, most of the knobs are plastic but you want to be safe). The circuit break switches at the circuit box and touching the circuit box cover/door shouldn't be any problem.
