LE codes are due to a bad rotor [motor], bad hall sensor, bad m.pcb or a wiring harness connection problem. The service manual shows you how to check the hall sensor and since you changed it already I doubt that it,s at fault.
The first broken Hall Sensor has some open circuit when I tested with my multimeter compared to the one ordered. I didnt get a chance to open again. I will keep you posted.
