 Yes Subzero Authorized. I called subzero and they recommended them. They need the serial number to authorize no charge on the parts if it is under warranty. I don't have that with me, but I remembered the sticker said build in 2001 inside the freezer with the 800 number.

Too bad the work is not included. That will be the expensive part. I'm in the wrong business ;) What is the normal hourly rate for this type of repair in a large city like SF?
