That's about what I figured happened. What made things worse, after the other tech left, the customer called GE again for service and this time a GE tech came out. He proceded to fix the new problem, and then showered the customer with water filters, light bulbs, and trim pieces to keep him happy. Then I get to show up and sort it out. This isn't a contract, it's just warrantee work from GE but at this point, I am sure no one is getting paid to deal with it. I tried passing it off to my tech manager but I guess the managers at this place deal with reports more than customers (only been here 3 months). Thanks for the insite however. I have the part number for the installation kit listed in the users guide. Figure I will order one up and be done with it. Thanks again!! Brian
