 Problem solved! By looking at the service manual, i learned there are 2 rollers at the front of the drum. We took it apart and everything looked good with the rollers:X

But when we flipped the drum over, we found the edge was crimped...must have been when we took it out the first time. Anyway, straightened it out with pliers and it runs like new!!:)
