But it is never so simple is it?
Now, there is no heat, no tumble/spin, AND a horrible rubber/electric burning smell....
What do we do??

OK, so my asko dryer would not "spin". It was giving heat, but no tumble. So, with the assistance of the wisdom in these forums, my husband and i replaced the belt. Seemed simple enough and in fact the old belt fell out broken, confirming our belief that this was the problem... But it is never so simple is it? Now, there is no heat, no tumble/spin, AND a horrible rubber/electric burning smell.... What do we do??
