While we are kicking a dead dog (Samsung) - why would they build a refrigerator that requires replacing the entire evaporator if the defrost heater goes bad??? They don't tell the consumer that during the sale. If I were Sears, Best Buy or anyone else I would pull every one of these from my sales floor.
Couldn't agree more! Here's a peek at the mess some hapless consumer is in for when the buy one of these cheesy Samsung refrigerators and they, inevitably, need to replace the defrost heater:
