Hate to be so vague but if I was having this problem with my Duet I would leave the top off for now and run the washer with a voltage tester on the various wires that come from the filll valve(s) to see which wire had voltage for that time at the end of the spin cycle to the water valve and where that wire led you to, there would be your problem....
