You may be looking at replacement, The reason being, when I have repaired dryers that have worn this bad, the part of the drum that rides on the glides is roughed up. Even after putting new glides and bulkhead into dryer it only lasted 6 months. The roughed up drum chewed thru the new glides quickly.

So take a close look at the drum itself and then add up how much everything will truly cost and if you are willing to possibly do it again in 6 months.
