Should be fine, as long as you got it lined back up real close to the original spot when you bolted it back together so that you don't have the upper or lower bearings in a bind, I've seen this same type of failure and fixed it the same way you did. From your orginal description of your problem it sounded like just the inner spin basket was loose, not the complete wash assembly. If it still spins smooth, a little wobble should be ok. Just don't want the wash assembly banging against the cabinet walls.
