I know I replaced the filter a few years ago (I even cleaned it up to use again) and I need to replace it. It has the same symptoms as before of not getting glass ware clean, but I don't remeber how I got the lower are off to get at the "torq" screws. It must be simple, but I as my grandaughter would say: "I really don't have a clue."
