I just priced that tub assembly and it's too costly to justify keeping the machine. That leaves the bearing replacement (without the tub) as the only realistic way to hang on to the machine. I see that there are claims on the web that this can be done, for example at http://www.neptunebearing.com. Have any grand masters walked this path?
