Also in the great frozen north , Sears came out with a service tip to put a thin piece of styrofoam between the evaporator and the tower. The piece they supplied covered the whole freezer back cover. This was to help prevent frost from forming in tower and dripping. I also have a little air tank and I give the drains a little blast of air, and then some water. Then , take a look in condensate pan and be sure water is going in proper place.
