Thanks for the quick reply.

It "looks" ok, doesn't look bulged out but still may be the issue.

If I plug it in after it's been open and off for 15 minutes it take a minute or so and then the fan comes on. Then after a little while it shuts off.

Do you recommend the folks at repairclinic.com?

Is there a way to temporarly bypass it to test that it is the problem?
