the new board should have come with a instruction sheet showing a series of serial #'s starting with 2 letters...if your serial # starts with any of these you need to cut a wire loop in the thermistor circuit (the sheet shows the correct procedure) ...if you do not cut this it will freeze everything in the fridge and you won't be able to control the temp
Yep, I saw that in the instructions. My refrigerator is not in those serial number ranges, and does not have that thermistor circuit.
I finally have the termperature stabilized. My eggs and milk are no longer frozen, and my ice maker is making plenty of ice.
