Also, how do I get GE to cover this? The letter is dated 2006, does anybody know if this is still covered?

OK, I have downloaded the pdf, and my model is covered by the recall. I am a bit confused about the serial number. Mine starts with TH, but is not a bottom mount freezer, it is a side by side. The range of serial numbers for side by side is nowhere near mine. Also, how do I get GE to cover this? The letter is dated 2006, does anybody know if this is still covered?
