Does anybody know if this recall includes Hotpoint refrigerators?

I have a model HSM25GRF SA that has the same symptoms mentioned above.

I unplugged it to reconnect the icemaker after redoing my plumbing, and it stopped cooling.

I left it unplugged for several hours. It now cools, but does not get as cold as it used to.

The water dispenser works sometimes, but when it does, the light and LED gets really dim. And the DC Fan in the freezer slows way down until about 30 seconds after you release the dispenser switch,

Ice maker works, but since the freezer isn't as cold as it used to be, it doesn't make as much ice.

And, the motor for the ice dispenser/crusher does nothing. No noise, no rotation, and the light and LEDs get dim when I try to use it.

So, it sounds very similar to the issues mentioned with the GE recall.
