Yes. Thanks. That was it! I realigned the belt out of the groove and it works (although I haven't tried drying any clothes yet, it is tumbling again). One more small question, and I don't know if it makes a lot of difference. I didn't pay close enough attention when I removed the small back access panel to get to the pulleys, so didn't recall which way the slats faced - inward/down, outward /down, inward/up, or outward/up. There are some slats cut into the larger back panel of the dryer and the ones on the lower half face out and down so I went with that. Thanks.
