how lazy are people that they will spend $600 to save 20 seconds of adding detergent?

im actually glad to see these, people are spending a lot of money on laundry equipment. It will make good job security for us techs in the future. people will be more likely to fix, rather than throw away, a washer they have invested $1800 in to.

What do you suppose is going to be the issues we're going to see on these things?
I suspect we'll run into a lot of "glop" buildup, particularly if they have liquid softener.

what was wrong with the ones you worked on? on mine the hose assembly o-rings were dry so when the installer connected the hoses to the washer from the drawer it didnt go in far enough to trip the "hose connected" switch. I just had to wet the o-rings then re-install the hoses.

All the problems i had was with pedestal connections not hooked up correct, did you see where the pump is for these pedestals ,in the back after u take the drawer out.
