About four to six times a year, we send out our informative newsletter, Appliantology, to all registered forum members who allow emails from the forum administrator. This option is turned on by default when you register here, meaning you will get the newsletter unless you opt-out. To opt-out of the newsletter, all you have to do is log in to your account preferences and uncheck the box that says, "Allow administrator(s) of this board to send you e-mails."
