Shorting the wires together wouldn't normally shock you ...

1) inulated knive handle

2) wearing shoes on a wood floor

"I think we tripped the Breaker again"

"Let's do it again."

Yeah, I agree and the heading was "stove repair" although he messing with a duplex receptacle. I would have much rather just seen him shove the knife straight into the receptacle.
