Need list of fault codes for Fisher Paykel Washer, GWL11 US?

Need complete list of all displayable "fault codes" for Fisher Paykel "eco smart" Washer, Model #GWL11 US, SN # MSN526126. Unit is 3 years old.
Current problem, with Regular wash cycle selected, Water level selected at AUTO, HIGH or HIGH/MEDIUM, wash cycle stops, displaying error code of 66.
This problem is repeatable.
With Water level set to MEDIUM or LOW wash cycles complete normally with no errors.
Error code 66 is not listed on the "eco smart' service summary paper stored inside the console.

66. (01000001) Pressure Transducer Error (Ptx frequency >90kHz)

The motor controller has received signals from the water level sensor (Ptx) above normal frequency values.

Primary Source: Motor Control Module

Action: Replace Motor Control Module

The list I have is a hard copy, if you need more, let me know.

Many thanks AccApp

1. In your reply "66. (01000001) Pressure Transducer Error (Ptx frequency >90kHz)
" the error code binary display looked like this "01000010" on my machine. is there an error in my calculating the correct numeric value?

2. Can you provide me with the part number of the Motor Control Module and  or any other identifying information, also a possible online source of this part?

3. How does a appliance owner go about obtaining a service manual (not the one sent with the appliance, but a service technicians service manual)?

1. Aha, my tech sheet has a typo, 66 in binary is 01000010

2. 420094USP is the motor controller, I know of no other source in the US than F&P

3. Here's how I got mine. First call F&P in Australia who will then refer you to the local Service Rep who will dodge your calls for months and fail to respond to messages. Eventually you will get a large packet of forms to fill out. Approximately one year later, after months of phone calls to the California office, you will find out the local rep has been relieved of his duties and the national service manager will finally approve your company's status as a F&P authorized servicer. They will then send the manual as a hard copy.
