This product was maufactured by Whirlpool, you did not mention if it was draining or not, but one of the first things that I would check would be the coupler which is located between the motor and the gearcase.

Thanks to your page i saved about $100.00 that those money stealing  :poison:  repair man wanted....   once i figured out it was the coupler went to order the part locally they wanted 3 times as much :yikes:.  Thieving bastards....

After i found your site i called and cancelled the appointment that i had made with the XXXXX repairman he wanted to know why ?  i told him i found your site and didn't need his help.   He was not too happy and said i wouldn't be able to do it.  Being the hard headed female that i am........   of course i had to show him.  As i sit here now i'm doing the 3rd load of the night.   By the way,  the repair  man could't be here for 3 days.....

A big thank you goes out to you guys.  i donated part of the money i saved to the beer fund.

Lisa

I appreciate you thanking us for helping you with your washer repair, however remember we are all techs and work for a business, or like me, own my own appliance repair business and do not appreciate comments like this please.....

We do have to stay in business so charge what is needed to make a profit to keep the doors open to help the ones who do not receive the help like we so freely shared with you......:?
