I would suspect you have a broken coupler and it does not agitate either..see if this is so....if it does agitate we will start over.....

OMG, you were right!!  I thought you were, but I just got this thing apart and Flop, there went the coupling in like 10 pieces...... :yikes:

Again, thank you...$15 part is saving me well, you know...Just know ya made my day! :D
