I'm working at a Whirlpool Collapso.  The customer said, "it is leaking."  When I ran a normal wash cycle, water began backing out of the hot water hose.  More news as this story develops.  Any help is much appreciated.

I'm sorry for my vagueness.  Each time the product pumps out, water pumps out of both the drain hose BUT also the hot water hose.

I don't have a double-faucet set-up in my shop.

hook up both hoses and clamp off the hot water hose and only run it in cold water cycle
