My washer nor dryer has a model number on it. I would just like the best advice to what the problem is. It fills up drains but does not spin at all. Idk much at all about appliences I know its not the belt but what do you guys think it is? The coupler the clutch? Both? Thanks so much any advice is helpful

No, the direct drive washers use both a clutch and a coupler.
