hi guys. not to much experience eith front loaders yet. unit washes fine and drains fine ,no error codes according to client. problem is it doesn't spin.door latch?thanks.

any action during Spin ? does it try to Spin/Tumble ? When it should be Spinning, un-plug Power Cord from Wall Outlet. Can you open the Door right away, or only after a few minutes ?

motor makes noise but basket doesn't spin.while in spin , unplug unit and door opens right away.thanks

the motor makes noise? yet doesn't spin? thats not something i would expect to hear this machine do if it is washing ok could your noise be comming from the door latch? if so and you can open the door after unplugging once drain/spin has been started and let run for a couple minutes, i would change the door latch

thanks guys. yes i was pretty sure it was the door latch,but i wanted to be sure as client lives 10 miles away and i didn't want to make 2 trips. i had her press start/pause and cancle and error 47 came up which confirms it. i like the unplugging the machine trick i'll remember that.you guys are awesome and i appreciate all the help you've given me. oh and yes i bet it was the pump she herd running.thanks again
