SO, apparently this "Washer Tech Data Sheet" is written in Greek for young housewives of the 21st Century. I have the 'good' model, not the 'best' model, so do not have the benefit of the Display to tell me what code this thing is throwin!!! So hear goes.... Pressed the Option and Pause buttons until sequentials began..... Turned the dial to the right (1) one position clockwise, sounds like starting up, and stops, then the blinking lights and beeping begin. The Vertical LED's ((Door Lock, Wash, rinse, Final Spin, and Control) Flashes 5 Times at the same time as the Start Light. It also beeps 5 times. The start light continues blinking an additional 9 times after the first 5 at the same time as the Vertical LED's -- total of 14 flashes. I am thinking this means -- 'F'??? I do not know -- Please help me o, wise samurai -- I can NOT go to the laundromat again for another 9 hours. And, I need to be able to just tell DH where the problem is. OH, BY THE WAY -- bottom front cover off -- 1st thing we see is broken strut on the left side.......could this be the entire problem????

I lied -- the wires are Red, Black, Blue, White, Yellow -- in that order -- DH believes this is 'extra' for a more advanced washer???

The one shock mounting pin that comes in the kit is just an extra in-case you break one of yours removing them. You normally just reuse the old mounting pins.

OK-- one last question guys!! Sorry -- but, your parts lookup up above, I enter this Model #, and it brings up a site, however, the 2 model numbers listed do not match my model number -- are these interchangeable for the dampener/shock/struts that I need to replace?? Called a local co and retails at $42.00 -- the ones shown on this site are $17 and some change -- 2-5 day shipping at $6.95 -- still saving quite a bit-- just have to wait a few days to get them..... Thank you,

Yes, those are the correct shocks - they are an improvement from the original plastic ones, be sure to install them with the metal part down to the base
