It's there. The first test said to check pins 5 and 6 for voltage on the speed control unit. I checked and have 30 volts.

resistance on the speed control board: pins 1 and 2 = .560, pins 2 and 3 = .612, and pins 1 and 3 = .620. All taken on 2m scale. Literature says to replace speed control board if readings other than 3m.

I get consistent 1.3 ohms on all 3 pins at the harness for the motor.

I was getting some fuzzy readings off the meter, even when I plugged it in to a known power source, so I switched meters. Step 3 of the literature says to check for voltage between the 10 pin and pin 5 of the 6 pin. My results are as follows: I have 120 volts at 1,5,6 and 9.
