Help!! My Thor washer/dryer works but no longer speeds up on the spin cycle. It just turns at the regular speed and the clothes come out soaking wet. What could be the cause?

Did it Pump all of the water out ?

Have you cleaned out the Pump access ?

It pumps all the water out and I did clean out the filter
