Exactly as the subject says, the timed dry function ticks at its normal pace when set to air dry, when on any heat selection though, it runs through a half-hour cycle in about 2 minutes. I've been looking at the schematic between the control board and the timer, and nothing stands out that would cause this, I've cleaned the contacts on the timer and the control board, and there weren't any obvious signs of damage. I am handy with a soldering Iron, so if it were a part on the control board, I'm confident in my ability to replace said part. model number 110.78932791 Kenmore dryer, I'm on a severe budget, and since I'm not familiar with working on dryers, was hoping you could point me to something I may be missing. Dryer heats, and runs fine when its going, just that damn timer now.

If I get the chance, I don't have access to anything that would let me at the moment.
