Alright, I have a top load GE washer Model:WWSE5200B1WW One day it stopped filling with water. So I: Checked water hoses, power and lid switch. All was good So I got a new water inlet thing with the solenoids (know what to do with them, don't know names). Still the washer does not fill. So I check the pump, it is making a weird noise. So I drain the hoses, check for clogs and replace the pump. I also blow in the inlet hose and the pressure hose, no clogs) Now I have two new parts and still no water. The washer goes straight into agitate mode, no matter what cycle. Except rinse, it goes straight into pump/drain mode and does not stop draining/pumping. If i put it in, say, normal mode. I can fill it up with water and press start. it agitates for the required time and then drains, but doesnt stop draining. I fill it up with water, and agitate it again. It drains put doesnt stop. I then put it in service mode and spin it. drain it. spin it. drain it. and then dry it.

the machine does not know its empty... did you blow into the pressure switch assembly to see if you hear clicks? http://www.repairclinic.com/PartDetail/Switch/824424?modelNumber=WWSE5200B1WW  if you blow into the nipple where the hose connects, you should hear it click... if it doesnt, replace it. if it does, you will need to check it with a volt-ohm meter for shorts.
