You've got a clog, or a bad pump. Odds are a clog.
Open the trap behind that round cover on bottom of front panel. It unscrews out. There will ALWAYS be some water above the trap so be prepared, whether or not you can see water in the tub. I use a wet/dry vac to suck it out slowly after opening trap slightly or from the end of drain line, but a low pan or other means to catch it will work.
Expect anywhere from 2 cups to a few gallons, depending on whether there is visible water in the tub. Take out any wet clothes that are in there so they don't continue to drain down while trap is open.
If you have small children you'll probably find something in there, I pull kid's socks out of them all the time. It'll be nasty; whatever it is.
If you find nothing in the trap, pour some water into the tub while the trap is open and see if it makes it out, things ore often in the drain leading to the pump also.
