Customer complains that after starting a load of cloths on high it will shut off after a few mins. Then it come back on after 10 mins or so. They say they can run it on low threw a whole cycle but not on high. I check the ventilation and there is a good pull of air. I tried to get the unit to act up but had no luck. Anyone have any thought on it?

most likely the motor...verify that when it fails that the timer is still sending power to the motor when the start switch is pressed.

thats probably because it doesn't heat the cabinet as much. i bet that motor is covered in lint... not quite enough to overheat the motor with low heat... but enough on high to heat the air and pop the thermal protector. take the drum out and clean off the motor and try it again. if it still pops you are having an electrical problems or motor is bad.
