The washer overfilled today. Looked at it and whatever shuts water off when it reaches proper level is not working. I need to know what controls water level. If you turn knob it shuts off water so it looks like valve is working.

make sure Pressure Tube inside Control Panel is not loose or off (or clogged), from the Water Level Switch or the other end on the Tub. Water Level Switch click on picture ![]() If it's disconnected, Tub must be empty of water before re-connecting Tube (for proper water level)

Thanks we found the tube off. plugged it in and it seems to be working.
