The rinse cycle does not work on any selection... when washer comes to rinse it just shut off. what is causing this?

when it stops at the rinse cycle, do you hear a faint hum or buzzing sound ?

Does it complete the spin at the end of the wash cycle, and will it fill with cold water on the wash cycle ?

but from here it looks like your model number may be

RTW4340SQ0 Wiring Diagram

a bad Lid Switch would prevent all Motor activity.

looks like a bad Timer

lets try this again. Before the rinse cycle, when you first turn the machine on. does the washer fill with cold water...then wash, then drain, then spin....then stop indefinitely?
