I've read a number of posts related to this problem, and I'm simply looking for confirmation of the problem before I order the parts from FixItNow. Drawstrings and clothes are getting caught where the drum meets the front panel around the door, or clothes will come out but have brown marks. I thought these were scorch marks, but I've had some success hand washing out the spots. Anyway, in my particular case the gap is at the bottom of the drum, and slightly bigger than the end of a #2 pencil eraser. I can lift the drum slightly, so I wonder if I need to fix something that is supporting the drum. As I write this, I can't recall if I've been hearing any strange noises as it dries. If anyone is confident they know the problem and can advise which parts to order, I'd appreciate it. If I haven't provided enough info, I'll be happy to check anything that will help! Thanks a bunch! Cheers!

kenmore made by frigidaire common problem http://www.repairclinic.com/SSPartDetail.aspx?s=t-417.80052990+-%3d%3di343&PartID=343 install the glides, if there is still play in the drum after the new glides you will have to change the bottom felt, but you can usually get away with just those glides
