I have repaired this thing a couple times and have gotten many good years out of it. This time I'm stumped. The dryer starts and runs but won't heat. I have cleaned the heating coils and and the blower ducts.

What would be the next logical troubleshooting and diagnostic steps?

Thanks.

Check to make sure you have the proper voltage to the dryer

Did you try the Over-Heat Protection Reset Button on the back of the Dryer ?

Thanks for the replies.

I traced the voltage from the wall into the dryer and found 240V in the connections leading to the heating element. After unplugging the dryer I removed the back panel and inspected the heating element. Ohm meter showed open circuit on both elements and visual inspection revealed broken leads. New part is on order. I expect a few more years on this dryer now.
