sorry the model # is 110.29832800 don't know how to edit the subject line, or remove post completely.

hello all, I'm working on this washer, this is new to me.  the washer won't fill. the spin cycle works. though to to check the inlet valve solenoids got 752 ohm on the cold and 740 ohm on the hot, also did a volt test 120 on the hot side to ground on both hot and cold. but no voltage across the hot to the neutral. don't have a tech sheet or service manual. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I can't find a wiring diagram for that model, but should be similar to most Whirlpool TL's

Sounds like a problem with the Neutral, although the Motor would't work without Neutral.

Does it agitate?
Perhaps the fill switch thinks the drum is full already.

^ Right. Spin is usually done while emptying. It does not rely on the fill switch.

Turn your washer's timer/cycle knob and you'll hear the clickedy clickedy noise... Each one of those is a switch that turns on a new step... But some of those steps stop the timer so that it will not go on until the step is complete.

Follow the timer step by step... Wash, Spin, Rinse, Spin, Stop. But you have to break it down a little more:

1.) You turn the timer to the beginning of a wash cycle.
2.) Timer does NOT advance. The first thing it does is fill the basket.
3.) Water level switch activates when water reaches the desired level.
4.) Water level switch triggers the timer to start advancing and runs the motor/transmission to agitate mode.
5.) Timer gets far enough to end the wash cycle. Activates the motor/transmission to spin.
6.) After the time has elapsed for spinning, the timer STOPS again to fill the basket for rinse. With the timer stopped, the fill switch is in control again...
7.) Once the fill switch detects the basket is at the right level, it starts the timer again.
8.) Timer starts the motor/transmission to agitate again for the rinse cycle.
9.) After the timer has run through the rinse cycle, it starts the motor/transmission on the final spin cycle.
10.) Wash done! Timer stops.

not normal ..

Is your Wall Outlet wired correctly ?

Hot is the smaller Blade

Neutral is the larger Blade

Ground is the round/half-moon hole

check your Wall Outlet and then where the Line Cord enters the Washer ... and maybe further ..

this box i about 1.5" x 1.5' x 2.5" don't know what this is for, here is some # on the box "F11.126/980-211"AND "EN60939-2".

i checked the black and white coming out of this box and had 120v on the white side and no v on the black. can you tell me what this box is and is this normal.

I don't know about the "box", yet, but

White is Neutral 0v

Black is hot 120v

IS the Wall Outlet polarity correct ?

120v from small Blade to Ground ?

Is this the original Line Cord & Plug ?

OK just found one possible problem.

goes into the, box gray & white ( gray to ground 120v white to ground 0v)

i reversed these wires, looks like someone may have worked on this machine before and put the wire backwards.

now the black coming is hot, and the white is not.

now when i checked for voltage at the solenoid there is no voltage.

this machine does not have a water level switch, there must be a sensor built in somewhere?

I still think it may be the water pressure (level)switch.Unhook the "t" , "p" , "v" wires and check for continuity on the switch  : v - t , and v -p. For filling v - p should have continuity. Also connecting wiring.
