The washer of this model will not spin on regular cycle but will on delicate cycle.  I think I tried it on perm press cycle to and it wouldn't spin. What could be the problem?

:fingerwag: You didn't re-check the number on the machine, you merely re-posted the wrong model number that you already posted. See this page.

I think you'll find your correct model number to be MUE2000AYW. Can you confirm?

Does is pump out and drain on the regular (cotton/sturdy) cycle?

Also, can you confirm whether or not it pumps out and spins on the Permapress cycle?

Yes it pumps all the water. It works just fine on delicate cycle all the way. Works good on regular just wont spin out the water and spine at all. It acts like it is tries but never does. Timer advances all the way though the cycle.
Prem Press cycle it does not spin either. Only on delicate does it complete the whole cycle correctly.

That's not what it says on the inside front door. I read it twice.
However it does state that has the upper unit-dryer but lower unit washer is MUE2000AWW

it makes a sound like it wants to try but it doesn't. NEVER It does on the prem press cycle. Not regular or delicate.
