When I hit start the door locks but nothing happens. When I hit the pause button twice the door doesn't unlock. I tried the door lock mechanism and the ccu - NG. I tried measuring the motor and the windings seem to be ok but what should the pins for the T in the schematic read I get about 114 ohms.

Can you put the unit into diagnostic ?? The tech sheets are in the lower section , on the panel....Did a K/M 110.46472500....same tech sheet 8540259...........Would not go into diagnostic,     I was going to order a C.C.U. but the lead time for the part was 5 to 7 days  and it needed a new drain pump and hose ...repair was $365...She did not go for the repair, got a new washer and tossed the K/M......I do not think a bad M.C.U. would stop it from going into diagnostic mode...............Would have liked to repair than scrap a two year old appliance................Could have given a better answer also..

the way i had it explained to me via the wp techline was that the mcu failure was scrambling the logic on the ccu... the sport that i recently repaired this way would not enter diagnostic either.

do i read your post right that you already replaced the ccu and door latch? hope u got them from repairclinic.com...:(

It goes into diagnostic mode - lights flash - no codes but it doesn't do anything either
